When the Prince of Wales Came to Niagara - 1860
In 1860, the eighteen year old Prince of Wales, Albert Edward, travelled to Canada and the United States on a diplomatic and recreational tour. Every stop welcomed the royal family member with great fanfare. This exhibit will look at the Prince's visits to Niagara Falls, Queenston and St. Catharines and the highlights and comical lowlights in each city.
